Each response adds or subtracts points. The lead arrives at the CRM with a 1-100 score, a list of signals and a priority. Sales knows who to call first before opening the email.
CRM integration (HubSpot, Pipedrive, Sheets, Notion)
Server-side webhook to the CRM with UTMs intact, campaign attribution, score and signals. No Zapier in the middle silently failing. If you don't have a CRM, we'll set up the destination (structured Sheet, Notion DB, or your own site admin).
GA4 + Meta CAPI events per step
Every step fires a server-side event. GA4 sees the real funnel, not just the final submit. Meta CAPI sends the conversion via API (bypassing ad blockers). The campaign optimizes on real data, not smoke.
Thank-you pages with proper retargeting
The thank-you page fires the right pixels, segments the audience by score, and excludes the converted from acquisition retargeting. Saves 20-30% of the budget you were leaking.
