Conversion flows that don't break when paid traffic hits.
Multi-step with conditional logic, inline lead scoring, CRM integration and per-step events. Tested against real paid traffic before they touch production.
Problem
Your funnel breaks when the money hits.
The simple form survives organic traffic. The moment you turn on paid, everything hidden surfaces at once. Four real frictions:
12-field form.
50% drop off on the first scroll. People who clicked an ad won't fill out a résumé to talk to you.
No conditional logic.
All leads weigh the same. Sales wastes time chasing tire-kickers. Real opportunities dilute into noise.
No CRM integration.
Leads land in a Sheet or an inbox. Nobody touches them in time. By the time someone sees them, the lead is cold or already closed with a competitor.
No per-step events.
You only track the final submit. You don't know where people drop off. The campaign optimizes blind. You burn budget until you notice — too late.
What we build
Five pieces that make the system.
Multi-step with conditional logic
The form asks the minimum at each step, branching by responses. Say 'I'm pharma', it skips the retail question. Say '+50 employees', it asks for serious commercial data. Fewer fields, more qualified leads.
Inline lead scoring
Each response adds or subtracts points. The lead arrives at the CRM with a 1-100 score, a list of signals and a priority. Sales knows who to call first before opening the email.
CRM integration (HubSpot, Pipedrive, Sheets, Notion)
Server-side webhook to the CRM with UTMs intact, campaign attribution, score and signals. No Zapier in the middle silently failing. If you don't have a CRM, we'll set up the destination (structured Sheet, Notion DB, or your own site admin).
GA4 + Meta CAPI events per step
Every step fires a server-side event. GA4 sees the real funnel, not just the final submit. Meta CAPI sends the conversion via API (bypassing ad blockers). The campaign optimizes on real data, not smoke.
Thank-you pages with proper retargeting
The thank-you page fires the right pixels, segments the audience by score, and excludes the converted from acquisition retargeting. Saves 20-30% of the budget you were leaking.
Process
Three stages. Stress test included.
Week 1
01Audit of your current flow
We review your form, your CRM, your pixel setup, and your active campaigns. You get a document with where money is leaking today and what can be recovered without touching the ads platform.
Weeks 2-3
02Build + integration
Multi-step + scoring + CRM integration + events. Weekly reviews on Vercel preview deploys. You click, you don't stare at mockups.
Week 4
03Stress test against real paid traffic
Before handoff, we turn on a small test campaign (USD 100-300 budget) and watch the real funnel. If something breaks under load, it gets fixed before production. No 'it broke in prod when the clicks arrived'.
Why Huevsite
Four differentiators you'll feel.
Same brain designs the flow and builds it. Conditional logic isn't 'something you asked someone else for' — it's part of the design from day one.
Stress-tested against paid before handoff. We don't deliver something that 'looks like it works' — we deliver something that already survived real traffic.
No Zapier or Make in the middle. Direct server-side webhooks to the CRM. Fewer failure points, lower monthly costs.
Training + documentation included. When you want to tweak a question or add an integration, you don't need us to push a button.
FAQ
What everyone asks.
Does it work with HubSpot, Pipedrive, Salesforce, or Notion if I already have one?
Yes. We adapt to your stack — we don't force you to migrate. We integrate against your CRM's API with server-side webhooks, campaign attribution intact (UTMs + landing page + score). If you don't have a CRM, we'll build the destination: structured Sheet, Notion DB, or your own site admin.
Do I need Meta CAPI or is the client-side pixel enough?
If you spend more than USD 1,000/month on Meta Ads, CAPI is not optional. Ad blockers block the client-side pixel and you end up optimizing on 40-60% of the data. CAPI sends the conversion server-side and the campaign learns on complete data. Real difference: 20-30% better CPL in 4-6 weeks.
Does it work with WordPress, Webflow, Wix, or Framer?
Yes, with asterisks. WordPress: needs the form outside the native plugin, integrated as a custom widget. Webflow: usable, but conditional logic lives in code. Wix/Framer: limited, we recommend external embed. If you're scaling paid, our honest recommendation is Next.js + Vercel for the funnel — the rest of the site can stay where it is.
How much does it cost?
Between USD 1,800 and USD 4,500. Simple flow (1 multi-step form + 1 integration + events): USD 1,800. Medium (conditional logic + scoring + 1 integration + CAPI + retargeting): USD 2,800. Advanced (multiple flows + custom scoring + multiple integrations + dashboards): up to USD 4,500. 50/50 payment — kickoff and delivery.
How long does it take?
2–4 weeks depending on complexity. Audit (1 wk) + Build (1–2 wk) + Stress test (1 wk). We work on one project at a time — timelines are real, not estimates.
Can I hire this standalone, without doing the full site with Huevsite?
Yes. It's an independent sub-service. Your site can live on any stack — we integrate the conversion flow where it belongs and step out. If you later want us to rebuild the whole site, we'll talk. No obligation.
Who pays for the paid stress test?
The stress test budget (USD 100-300 in ads) is yours — it's real money in your Meta/Google account. We coordinate it together. Campaign setup, technical configuration and result analysis are included in the project. If you'd rather skip the stress test, we discount USD 300 — but we don't recommend it, it's the single highest friction-saver.
